If you need the doctor outside of normal office hours, call the office telephone number and follow the directions for paging the doctor.  Dr. Placheril will make every effort to return your call within 30 minutes.  If you do not think you can wait 30 minutes for a return call, seek care at an emergency room or urgent care clinic.  Medical emergencies should be called to 911 for assistance
